“See, the rain is nice but, i don't really like getting wet…. What in the world, I went under the awning, why is it still raining?.. I did what I was supposed to.”
Why did I write that well don't give me the credit of the artist Jack Stauber but I wired that because it's all about how the smallest thing can crush you into pieces. Now we all have that demon that tells us things that aren't true but you think they are because you’re amazing inside and out nothing can change that. And if that demon won't give up, just tell someone about it. I know it's hard to express your feelings because you're scared that you are going to get judged. But there away to kill that demon i’ll tell you how hi my name is teri and i'll be your teacher for how to be a better person:
Step 1. Compliment yourself every morning when u wake up and every night before you go to bed for EXAmpLE **wakes up and gets out of bed and looks in mirror** “i look good”
Step 2. Don't care about what people say about you example: (random girl 1)”eww you so fat HAHAHA” (random girl 2)**ignore**
Step 3. Wear what you want to wear don't let people say so example: **girl +sized wear crop top** (girl) “EW WHY ARE YOU WEARING THAT YOUR TO FAT!” **girl ignored**
